Connie's preferred method is coasting, in neutral...riding the wave, and allowing the natural momentum (chaos) to propel us forward...slackfully.

There may be stalls at times.  Neutral may be a slow start, or no start at all, unless the conditions in the surrounding environment are within the certain parameters required to propel our vehicles forward.

When is it worth it to get out of neutral?

When we need to move--when we've Stalled for too long, and something needs to change.

What may stimulate that change could be strong opinions/feelings, in either direction--whether it be the opinions that engage our Protective/Alert systems, or opinions that engage our Delight/Reward systems.

That intense emotion is what propels the Sacred Chao forward; and then, we return to Neutral....and continue riding the Luck Plane on the Sacred Chao, slackfully.

Expending minimal energy outwardly, thus retaining that energy for use in bio-maintenance/reparation of our vessels.

It's quite a ride, kids....slackfully.
